Louisville Photomask is the mask generation and advanced lithography arm of the University of Louisville Micro/Nano Technology Center (MNTC). Louisville Photomask provides high quality photomasks for academia, national laboratories, and industry. These products are used for a wide variety of applications including microelectronics, sensors, electro-optics, micro-fluidics, and MEMS. Louisville Photomask also provides advanced lithographic services including direct write, e-beam lithography, and greyscale. Over the last 4 years, we have produced more than 650 photomasks for customers nationwide!
